Dear St. Patrick families,
Please join us on Monday, 9/11, for our Patriots’ Day celebration. We will gather around the flagpole at 8:05 AM in memory of all of those who have served our country in some way.
The Home and School meeting that was to take place on Thursday, Sept. 14th, has been moved to Thursday, Sept. 28th at 6:30PM in the church basement.
Our school Picture Day is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 19th Information will be coming home regarding the ordering process.
Thank you to all who are participating in the Fall Candy Sale. Please send in your money as it is collected. We have a few extra cases to sell if you would still like to participate or would like to sell more. We also have some cases of those famous mint bars. For those of you that would like to switch out some of your bars for mint, please send a note to the office to the attention of Terri Manning and she will contact you to make the switch.
Some information regarding the dismissal process. Please contact the office by l :45 PM if there is a change in a student’ s transportation for the evening. This will help ensure that the message is delivered. Sometimes it is a little crazy in the office after 2PM. I know that there is always the situation of a last-minute change, but hopefully this will help solve that. Also, I am getting complaints from the tenants that live in the house at the comer of Brady and S. Depeyster. They are unable to get out of their drives prior to dismissal because cars are blocking the drives. I would ask that you do not block their drives and if you are arriving early to park in the church driveway and then proceed ahead at dismissal.
Our El Salvador project has ended. There is sufficient money for the last student to graduate. Any money donated will be refunded. We will look for other causes to undertake as a school.
Have a great weekend. Remember in your prayers all of those who have given their lives in the service of our country. And, as always ….. GO PANTHERS!
