Latchkey

St. Patrick’s Latchkey Program provides structured after-school supervision
for students and their families in a safe and supportive environment. The
program is designed to meet the needs of working families while promoting
positive social interaction and responsible habits.

Latchkey services are available Monday
through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Students participating in Latchkey are provided with healthy snacks and are encouraged to complete homework. Supervised activities include outdoor play (weather permitting), use of the gym or playground, games, and other age-appropriate activities in the library.

Latchkey Policies

While students in the Latchkey program needn’t attend every day, it’s not a ‘drop-in’ child care program, either. We ask that students who use the after school care program do so on a regular basis, even if that is as little as one day per week. Our staff is helpful and accommodating – and the kids have fun!

Latchkey Rates

Fees:
• $4.30 per hour – first/only child
• $3.60 per hour – second child
• $1.90 per hour – third and additional siblings
• Billed in 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum per day.
