The Saint Patrick All Sports Banquet will take place on Sunday May 21, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Hall in Ravenna.  The doors will open at 5:30 and a dinner of Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, and Cake will be served at 6:00 pm.  The cost for the event is $10.00 for an adult.  Players, non-sports playing siblings, and coaches are all free of charge.  We are asking parents to sign the google form so we know how many will be attending the event.  If you do sign up and cannot make the event please remove your name, we need an accurate count for catering and cost purposes.  You can pay cash or check at the door the night of the event.  There will also be a couple of small items up for auction and a 50/50 raffle to help cover some costs.

CYO Information

St Patrick School and Parish are members of the Youngstown Diocese, however for our sports programs to exist we are guests of the Cleveland/Akron Diocese. Our student athletes participate in the Cleveland CYO league/charter. Cleveland CYO

CYO offers a number of different sports throughout the year that we participate in. St Patrick’s is always looking for energetic volunteer coaches looking to help shape our your athletes.

Click on the Sport below to register your student athlete.  You must also complete the Pre-Participation Form and Hold Harmless agreement in the Downloads & Documents section on this page. Fees for all the sports vary from year to year based on CYO team fees.  Fees for the 2021-22 year are $105 basketball, $55 cheer, $55 cross country, $95 volleyball, and $60 track. Late registration will incur a $10 fee.  Booster Club charges a one time per year fee of $20 per athlete regardless of the number of sports played.

Forms with physicals and fees must be turned in before any athlete can participate.  A new set of forms is required for each school year.  Physicals are good for 1 calendar year.  Forms must be fully completed and signed by an appropriate medical provider and parent/guardian.

Any student who attends either the School or the Parish at St. Patricks’ is eligible to participate in CYO sports.  All students must be current on tuition payments to participate.

To ensure compliance with CYO policy and rules, all forms must be completed and received by the parish designee/athletic director prior to an athlete participating in a sport.  No athlete will be able to participate, which includes practices, tournaments, games or competitions without being current on all forms and fees.  Athletes will not be able to participate if unpaid fees are not paid in full from previous sport registrations.

Refund Policy:  Sport fees are refundable only until the 7th day of the month that a sport is eligible to begin (8/7 Fall, 11/7 Winter, 3/7 Spring).  Booster fee is refundable until the start of games/competitions.  Late fee is non-refundable.  Refund request must be in writing or emailed and received before 3:00 pm by the athletic director.

The Athletic Director is responsible for making sure all the students who are interested in CYO sports get a chance to participate. Some of the other responsibilities are listed below.
