Field Trips
Students enjoy several field trips each year – field trips that are both educational and fun.
Kindergarten students enjoy a trip to the zoo; first graders visit a local farm and apple orchard, fourth graders take a train ride along the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, fifth graders attend an overnight trip to Camp Christopher, sixth graders go to Camp Fitch and spend a day at Kent Social Serices, seventh graders take part in simulated flight activities at NASA’s Challenger Center in Wheeling, WV, and eighth graders visit Niagara Falls and Washington, DC.
A variety of other field trips are offered each year, from visiting museums and parks to attending local theater shows.
